ASAKUSA

This is the Midori house.
In the Midori house, the movie and the original Manga, it is "Asakusa".

If you walk from Ueno to Asakusa without taking a subway,
you can watch the row of houses along a "Shitamachi"street which seems to a Mirodi house.

The right is an internal photograph of the houses of Midori.
The model of the size of the original is seen in "EDO-TOKYO MUSEUM".

It is the neighborhood of the station of Asakusa here.
It was called "Asakusa Rokku".
The place that is prosperous by a movie and a play.
There was the "Misemonogoya", too.

There are many people coming in Temple:"Senso-ji".

This says a "ghost chimney(Obake Entotsu)".
There was in the east of Nippori in old days.
There is not it anymore now.

One?, two?,three or Four?...
Because the number of chimneys changed, it was called a ghost chimney.
In 1953, director Heinosuke Gosyo filmized it in Sin-Toho and studio 8.
(A cinema title:"Entotsu no mieru basyo" The place where the chimney is seen.)

It seems to be exhibited inTepco Asakusa-kan.

<*But a stage of the original Mangas is not Kiryuu.>
The one of the Japanese representative countries:"Inaka" is Kiryuu.
It is decadence. It is really quiet. The mysterious space where time stood still.
The strange old Japanese house which is behind her when Midori runs around at the last.
The entrance of the town of Kiryuu: The Shinkiryu station arrives if you get on a limited express train
in Tobuisesaki-Line from Asakusa for 1 hour 30 minutes.
You must be shocked when you arrived at the station of Shinkiryu.
